Here's day 3 of the 2023 Mermay challenge! Today's prompt: Scales!!!
I haven't drawn Sisu for a long time and so for this prompt, I decided to draw Sisu from Raya and the Last Dragon with her scales glistening under the water. Also if you haven't noticed, I attempted to draw a scale effect on Sisu's body.
