Well, the pose does somewhat capture the whole ideal of what you attempted. But to progress..
First off, the arms aren't right. The left fist is hanging to the ground when it should be his right (Unless you purposely rotated the pose horizontally when converting it?). Also, may I point out that the legs aren't aligned properly at all (Most likely you should lengthen his left leg, either that or just shorten the right leg)
The right shoe is at a good angle, but the left needs to be a bit more "forward". Try posing it in a 45 degree angle just like the other shoe, but at its own direction as well.
Well, think that wraps up my overall critique. Nice attempt at converting from a challenging pose to do.

blear sytafoo noob, he had to adjust the sprite shape cause sonic sprites are not as big as human type xqqqqqq if he would try to pose sonic like that it would look creepy and out of sync shape.
