Base colors
smudgeify (smudge tool)
shinify (higlighty toool).... or airbrush?

step one. base colors
step two smudgeify (smudge tool)
step 3 more colors, darks for shadows and white for high light
step 4 more smudgy tool
step 5 highlight with white without smudging.
confused yet?
