I really wanted to try and make a base with wings,
sorry that the base is gaint, I'm just so used to making all of my bases big and I can't make small bases very well
Lol, I fail.

I wanted to get the wings all the way in too D:
but the base is already big enough...
I got the wings from this picture here: [link]
So that credit goes to whoever made that picture. ._.;
It's the eyes I kinda have trouble on when making a chibi base
Maybe I should have tried Lucky Star eye style..

And, there is no original picture,
This is a test base,
the only picture I really used was that picture off photobucket.
Er.. if anybody does possibly use this please show me you're finished piece, though I doubt it will be used
Oh well, try harder on the next base.
