Description
I was aware of the Tetradactyls attacking the eastern seaboard. It wasn't an issue as much lately, we have the GTS Initiative to thank for that. It was a common thought that it was a sexist program in that the process was only compatible with females. Something with genetic markers and biological science and stuff, but since it was a volunteer program, the opponents were quickly drowned out. Soon enough the monsters attacked less and less frequent and the women of the GTS adapted back into somewhat normal rolls of transportation, travel, logistics, and military operations. Life with giant women around was all but normal these days. After working in the business district for two years I finally was given clearance for the company helicopter taxi. It wasn't long until I saw her one sunny day. I had no idea what her call sign was, or where she was based. After three weeks of seeing her on her commute I finally remembered her. She was Firefly Sigma, the hero of Norfolk. Seven attacks on the naval base and a few trips north to assist Ronin Whiskey had made her the toughest GTS in the program. It was after one epic battle with the largest Tetradactyl on record of six hundred and thirty feet long and over two thousand tons that she was forced to retire from her injuries.
It was after these three weeks that I managed to take a picture of her on her daily commute. This day was weird though, it seemed as though she knew I was taking her picture and gave me a small smile. There probably wouldn't be anything more than that, but it would be wild to be with a GTS operator.

If this were a movie this is probably where it would fade out and the ending credits roll up.
