I think this might be the last Character update,which means I am getting closer to starting the story.
I still have more details to try to lay out about the world,what happened and how we were brought to this , but the first chapter is in the early stages of becoming a reality.

Hailee is the youngest of the girls,she has not entered the story yet,but will be introduced in the first Chapter " When Angels Cry "

Hailee is 14 going on an eternity, she was orphaned at 9 by the war,both parents were killed,and just like Dakota only being out of the city and in the country side with her Uncle Jack saved her life.
Hailee is mature well beyond her years ,by the reason of necessity.
I don't want to revile any more as not to give away the first Chapter.
