Because any Brawl In The Family fan worth their weight in coins knows that's NOT Dedede.

But in the Brawl in the family episode they were leading us to believe it was Dedede then revealing it was Dededoo. The lead is damaged when the supposed Dedede blurts out King Sonn. You know what, nevermind. I never mind. It never was a big deal anyways and I figured out a decent explanation.
