*edit: added pupils and shine on eyes.Well it took awhile but I'm happy the way it came out.
The only things I didn't do in pencil was all the things that were black, the stars, and the white lines on Echo's helmet. I for once put a background
. Shiba's landing gear looks kind of off 
but its fine.Well Enjoy.

I always figured that they had "real" legal given names and surnames that they were christened with, and use for legal identity purposes, but once they have completed their training and and are bestowed with a permanent handle or call sign, that signifies that they have taken their place in the fighter fraternity and that handle will be their professional and social identity in the military. This is not without real-life precedent, especially in tribal groups that give a person a new name to mark their passage into adulthood.
