The pose and general quality of the image is very well done. I especially like the shading on the hair and the smoothness of the shading in general.
The only thing I have a problem with is his left eye (the one on the right), it looks like it's slanting down too much making him look like he's looking in different directions with each eye, but you only see it when you focus on it.
