I hope the resolution is good enough for the writing so just in case i will cover the text here.

1. Place down a base colour of your choosin, this method should work with any colour.
Add a dark shade of your chosen colour in the shape of a oval in the middle of the eye, then add some shading in the same darker colour to the top of the eye like shown.

2. Now colour in the whites of the eyes by taking a light grey and a darker grey to show where the eyelid casts a shadow onto the eyeball.

3. Add some highlight where the light is hitting the eyeball, bare in mind a eyeball is a 'ball' so a curved surface and that the eyeball is always covered in a thin layer of water.

4. If you want you can then add rainbows for awesome detail ^^.
