SCP-9368, aka Delph, requested to be allowed to meet SCP-5259, aka Sgt. Flipperstorm.Given his usual cooperation, his request was approved, although it seems 5259 isn't too fond of his visit.
SCP-9368 belongs to me since he isn't an official SCP, I didn't know how to submit him to the SCP wiki.
