I went to my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary this weekend and was lucky enough to capture this touching moment as my grandfathers best man, and old friend grasped his hand as they greated each other. I've blacked out the background, adjusted the levels, and added a sepia overlay. My only light source was the sun.Related content

I see nothing to negative and my favorite part is something so small. The hairs on the mans arm are so small and yet I can see them VERY well. Something about that for me makes the picture really pop!

ya those were a pain to preserve. the back ground had people and stuff that distracted me from the simplicity and the emotion of that hand shake. I blacked out the bg, used a combo of burn tool and airbrush around the arm and used the smudge tool to bring back a few of the hairs.
