This was a character that made a while ago, and I thought it was way cool.
I wanted to do another one of her drawings for quite a while, and I thought I could practice using magic effects that I got from and had a little help from a friend,

Ya this one of my earlier designs I made. My friend original made a sketch of him, but I have to help bring him to life and I have actually been thinking about redoing him at some point.
