Description Just a thought I should share. I think the Winters being just a clan of two headed magi sounds forced and out of place. So I thought the Winters should be a clan that has an unfair advantage over the other clans by having a myriad of beneficial mutations. There are three main groups of Winters each being upgraded versions of the Springs, Summers, and Autumns. Members of he first group have chimeric appearances having the traits of multiple animals. This allows them to either possess superior magical potency by combining features of animals with similar strengths or magical versatility which gives them access to more spells. The second group is the "freak clan": the group where Lyra and Jean belong. They possess more body parts than the norm (heads, eyes, limb, etc) giving them a physical advantage over other magi. And the third group is composed of magi with bodies composed of inorganic materials. Members of the clan include "Lethe" (the girl on the left). They can attach weapons and technology to their bodies which make them the most advanced of magi. So basically the Winters are now the "weird" clan made of chimera, freaks and cyborgs. I also changed the reason why the whole Winters clan hid in a snow globe. It's no longer because they're being hunted. That doesn't make sense since they're unfairly strong. It's now because the other clans envied and feared them and started to discriminate against them. The Winters on the other hand considered the other clans as "inferior beings"Β  and are not worth the trouble. They secluded themselves in an artificial pocket of spacetime which can only be visited by the snow globe The Archmagus has created. This made them reluctant to help the other clans in times of need.

Lethe's brain is organic?

No, which makes her much harder to kill.

I like diversity in mutations.Β Β

Diversity is good.

Great job on this!Β Β

γ€ŒThey possess more body parts than the norm (heads, eyes, limbs(?)」

But having multiple heads isn't the same as being conjoined twins.

They're more of a human chimera rather than conjoined twins. A single organism with two independent brains.

So like a server motherboard with two CPUs? (not two cores, but two actual CPUs in two separate sockets)

If so, then would they be the equivalent of a two-CPU-socket server running just a single OS or would it instead be like two virtual machines (one per CPU)?

...or maybe all of this computer stuff I'm saying is like Greek to you and you've no idea about a single thing I've just said.

I can't give an answer if you relate their condition to computer systems. Their polycephaly is not a product of a failed splitting which creates conjoined twins but rather of a hereditary trait. It stems from their genetic make-up and not from an irregularity during cell division. So basically they're a single organism by biological origin but with two egos.

OK yeah, in computer terms that sounds like the equivalent of a dual-socket motherboard with two CPUs running two virtual machines with the thread scheduling set to have one VM per entire CPU.

Oh, so the Winter twins' backstory got changed a bit? Or is their backstory generally the same?

Practically the same. They just received some diversity.
