He he then well so remember when Gohan goes full rampage toward the Mini Cell aka Cell Jr ?

He destroyed them all but at one point we see a arms left from a Cell Jr that Gohan destroy by step on it but what if he left this arms alone ?

So I started with this What if and came up with a Cell Jr who grew back his body with the cells of Piccolo and then start wandering earth alone and knowing that he can't had vengeance against the Z-Team cause too weak but at one point during the Dragon Ball Online era he will saw Buu give birth to his Species so the Cell Jr who grew up for being as tall as the original started to do the same and thus the Serujin is born (Name I give to the species).

The process of the birth of this species is that he lose a good part of the generative cells process so in case of beheading that's cause sudden death. and each offspring can have different look and color between those exemple:

So it's start like this a Serujin convert a part of his energy in a egg and with the tail (they all have more or less long) the reproduction is done using the same reproducing method the Namek had but adding natural selection like that the appearence can be different of the soon to become Serujin in each eggs lay. Once the egg is hatch after 6 month being laid a larva come up and start go to the ground for finish is final metharphosis and then once done after 6 month a Kid Serujin appear he grew up like a normal being but can feed normally or with its tail by sucking people or animal in it and convert the mass into energy (The choice is up to the Serujin).

Feeding by mouth = Long to become adult (8 years)
Feeding by Tail = Short to become adult (4 years)

So It takes from 4 to 8 years for a Serujin to reach adult form once adult and if he had enough energy he can transform into a Perfect Serujin form (Whish will be his final appearence until its death)

At time like the Majin Buu species the orginal Cell Jr will die from natural death and each individual Serujin will had their own personnal spirit and behavior so you will be able to find Good Serujin or Bad Serujin.

Of course they can transform into Super Saiyan 1 & 2 with the cells of Saiya-jin incoding in their DNA and also travel space without spaceship thx to Freeza DNA code.

And with this full fledged you can find many type like it can exist many type of human (A Thief Serujin) (A Shy and Good Serujin) (A Hotblooded Serujin) (A Serujin who love art) (A Farmer Serujin) (A Martial Artist Serujin) They can also wear cloth if they want to.
