Edgar was about to answer, when he heard a *ping* sound, "Hmm? What could this be?" he wondered."What could what be?" Leela asked.
"I just senses a notification. Just give me a moment," Edgar replied, as he summoned a wooden scepter with a green orb at the top of it.
"Sweet scepter," Belle commented.
"Yes, thank you. Got it on sale a while back. Now, lets see what's going on," Edgar said, as he waved his hand over the orb. He looked very surprised, and amused, "Well, how's this for convenient?"
"What is it?" Mario asked.
"I just got a couple of Dark Decrees," Edgar replied.
"A 'Dark Decree'? What's that?" Sofia asked.
"In the world of the supernatural, it's a death warrant for any creature that causes trouble for both the human world and the World of the Supernatural. And you'll never guess who one of the Decrees is for," Edgar replied, as he showed them the parchments inside his scepter. One was for a Vampire named "Raynor", while the other was for Lupine.
"No way, Lupine is in trouble with the law?" Saiko asked.
"Yep. And I bet you anything this 'Raynor' guy is the vampire that Meggy is with," Edgar replied.
