Ahh, you mean if she sees a picture of Yayoi laying around? Well even if she did, she wouldn't react to it much. She already knows that Naoko's sister is the one she killed, she'd probably play it off like she had no idea. One of those "Oh, is this your sister? I hope she's alright..." sort of deals.
