The look on her face is a little frighening. She looks terrified, or in a bit of pain. The pose itself is great, and nice focus on the tattoo, but her eyes are distracting in the shot.

This is a great shot as usual...I am a little unsure about her face and the pose though as it ends up looking a little 'forced' for this one - I don't think that it really takes away from the shot overall, just felt like it wasn't as relaxed as it might have been?
But I don't know your background planning for the shot so that might have been your intention.

Wow, I really like the composition and lighting of this one. She's so beautiful in this picture it's almost haunting, and the look on her face makes you wonder what's got her so deep in thought.

While all my models are quite beautiful, they all have flaws. The thing that is so remarkable is that they're willing to be put under a microscope that exposes all of their imperfections. And that takes guts. These models are sometimes stuck with crummy photographers who make them look hideous - yet they have to live with whatever is posted on the web.
Gotta give the models credit!
