Description
My friend was holding a map making competition so I thought I'd do a map of the galaxy. Not sure if its exactly what they had in mind, but I like sci-fi right?Did this fairly quickly, based on an old story I did way back in third year at uni. A story I would love to revisit one day, hopefully I will get a free year, and enough money to feed myself, to do it.

If you are trying to fund a project try kickstarter or what ever one of those sites is the most popular

I think kickstarters only really work for famous or professional people who want to fund their own projects, so I'll have to wait a for a while (10 years?) before I get to that level!

I'm not so sure, there's on a guy on here who has one to fund his comic book and it got funded

Thing is, there is just so much people on there, all doing comic or art books that unless you have a substantial body of work and a name for yourself, its unlikely that you'll stand out. Its something I would consider though, just can't be too hasty.

Telling a lot of stories in a single picture. Made me curious about the background story.

yeah, the idea was that they ran from a battle to preserve there own kind, so the nickname stuck, but they are the hardest race in the galaxy, so its a bit of a juxtaposition.
