i just did three images of the eyes open, closed and half closed then I put them together using my friend's Photoshop CS5 animation tool, but i heard GIMP has a similar function ^^

The shading on her hair is epically awesome and dem pants look great
Only thing I would point out as a negative is that her crotch is a tad wide and the top of her boob looks a little square
And the HANDS!!!!! They are looking a lot fantastic

Lol, yeah, boobs take time to draw and there is a lot of reference material and tutorials out there for them... I actually think there are more tutorials for them then there are for hands O.O
