my OC, Emmanuel. he's an angel whose main job is to guide lost souls of war the right way back to heaven.

this is the cover art for this year's artbook Incendio (though of course, the book has the title there, lol)

this is the version i made for the prints for those who preordered the books. i managed to print some prints of it for the people who preodered the book first. it turned out looking fine. will get the real samples of the book on Wednesday, so i wanted to be sure that i have enough prints for the people who preordered 1st, as i don't feel like being weighed down by some other stuff when i go collect them the day they are done, which is the following week after this, lol--am using public transport, sigh

blue roses mean mystery. purple means 1st love. i like to think the colours are in between...
the thorns encircling one of his wings symbolises the trials and tribulations that comes to every one of us before our dreams and all our hard works are fulfilled. the other wing is free, as a reminder of how far our dreams can take us. ah, don't mind the steampunk-ish details. i just have this maniacal urge to draw something different and more baroque, venting my past months' stress of not being able to draw much, lol. i drew the circles using a cookie bin, some coins, and the bowl and plate i use for dining, as there are no other circular objects large enough ;;;!hahahaha~
