Well.. Someone wanted to see this colored.. so i did.. I didn't shade it though.. Are YOU MAD?!?!.. x.x.. one wing alone is about as much shadowing there is to his whole body x.x.. call me lazy.. i don't care.. A touch pad isn't at all easy to shadow with x.xRelated content

omg, i cant believe i missed this one on my devwatch, i'm so sorry. this is fan-freaking-tastic! definitely one of my favourites from your gallery! one thing that stuns me the most is the perfect symmetry of his head. each side of it is perfectly aligned with the other, particularly the spines which , as always, look totally awesome! your choice of colour for the wings... crimson red... just perfect. i couldn't have picked out a better colour myself, the black highlights going through them is also great, adds more character to them. the body movement, its all twisted and demonic, it fits perfectly, his black eyes add to the effect of his form in this picture, they just emanate such a high feeling of sinister presence... i just love it! the way he's smiling with blood dripping from his lips... the vampiric influence in this picture is fantastic. the way you have characterised the blood, it looks so professional. the dripping, the streaks of it on the ground and clothes, the way he has huge bloodstains on his claws, omg, it just screams out TOTAL OWNAGE! overall, i love this picture, it really brings out my darker side... and it speaks to me. this is a favourite, definitely! excellent work here Dark-natured, definitely some of your best work... gah, its so cool! oh ya, great idea getting away from 'demonic bat-wings', these 'bloodstained-angel' wings are superb.
btw, out of curiousity, what is Darkness's genetic statistics? as in, what percentage of him is:
Hedgehog?
Vampire?
Demon?
Other?
Always wanted to know what makes Darkness... Darkness. hes a very interesting character.

*chuckles softly and slowly shakes his head* he's actually not a demon... i just call it his demonic form because he looks like one.. but he's 1/8the vampire... well at least was until he got the true hunger of blood.. he is now 1/4 vampire by course of a bite... i suppose that leaves the rest to about *shrugs* 3/4 hedgehog... But.. if you do count him as a demon.. i suppose it would be 1/4 vamp.. 1/8th demon.. and 5/8 hedgehog *blinks slowly*...
as for the picture.. i didn't draw it... a friend of mine did... i only colored it ^_^;

Anyways, this is a stunning job! The wings... choice of colours ranging from the dark eyes, even to the white musel, blood galore and the neated wings totally rocks the house!
