tint or hue or shading or what ever you call it.. how you gave the pic a pinkish look.

i use the hue saturation and the color balance + the photo filter and some levels adjustments and the Gaussian blur for the blurry parts
+ some other adjustments but mainly those are my tools .

Guess I have to spend some time doing that over in PSP.
I use Picasa3 for most of my colour enhancements.
