I use YYB base this time, I edit her face a bit.I don't think I will give any part of her dress physics because i don't think they can have flowy motionΒ

Yeah that 'dress' doesn't look like it should flow properly. That said I think it moving as a flat object might work.
Do those blue and pink highlights light up with autoluminous? They kinda look like they might.

I mean it doesn't really look like fabric, but more like metal plates. So rather than blow or flow around, maybe they just move as a whole like a robot transforming or something.
