Description
Reference sheet for Kurimzon [link]Weapons:
Tsuki no Eiji (Moon's Edge / Edge of the Moon)
Class: Odachi / Otachi
Material: Moon Steel
Length (Blade): 182 cm
Weight: 47kg
Primary functions:
Shatter armor & swords that it comes in contact during conflict & as a defensive shielding.
Its handle is customized to let its user to use the Blood Oil when needed by twisting its hilt.
Its long length & unbreakable quality will maintain the blade's edge, shape & sharpness through extreme conditions of usage.
The downside of this sword is that it is too heavy & too long for most warriors to even lift it. Sharpness is sacrificed for durability, as seen in the blade's cross cut shape.
Demonic Gauntlets (Main Weapon)
The gauntlets were created in the same manner of the Blood Demon Armour, but are able to store vials of Blood Oil & plenty of Black Sun Pellets. Each gauntlet makes up of 23% the set of armour's total weight.
It is said that crafting one gauntlet alone took the clan around 10 years of continuous tempering by a part of the many blacksmiths involved, with countless hammers & anvils destroyed in the process.
The glove part of the gauntlet is created with the same material, only unpolished, thus giving the glove an extremely rough surface. It is so rough & tough that it creates sparks when its user flicks its finger but fine enough to sharpen & polish swords without leaving any residue.
The gauntlet has a fearsome, hidden ability, giving it the nickname of Demonic Gauntlet, but also lesser known as The Twin Demons.
(Fact: Warriors of anywhere have hidden weapons and compartments.)
Clan Weapons
Black Sun Pellets (To be revealed, soon)
Blood Oil (To be revealed, soon)
Armour:
Blood Demon Armour Set
Weight (Total): immeasurably heavy
Weight distribution:
Gauntlet (23% each)
Leggings (17% each)
Helm (4%)
Body (16%)
The armour was said to be created by 1000 of the clan's best blacksmiths with steel, mined from their very own mountain, processed & tempered with the clan's own refining method, thus creating the Moon Steel. The armor's weight & amount of steel used is said is enough to create 10 large cannons.
The Moon Steel was named so due to its colour & reflection that equals the Moon's light. Unpolished it is black & rough, polished it is silvery white & smooth. Extremely hard to temper or shape for crafting due to its hardness.
(Fact: Blacksmiths used to experiment in all sorts of manner to perfect their skills during that era, including the usage of unknown metal.)
After countless years & many generations of the best of blacksmiths, the armor was created, & coloured with the colour of blood, crimson, to symbolize its destructiveness, thus the Blood Demon Armour was completed.
All in all, the armor was design to maximize defense without hindering or limiting movement.
The paint of the edges armor has worn off.
(Hint: This is not the 'True Form' of the Blood Demon Armour Set.)
(Myth: The clan's jewel, with a dark core was donned upon the armour's chest.
According to legend, the jewel was found by the founder of the clan & will turn from crystal white to blood red under certain conditions & is named Eye of The Moon (white) & Bloodthirsty (Red).)
Armor workings:
1st layer can only be manually discarded to reveal 2nd layer.
Manual discarding process is quick and only known to Kurimzon.
Shoulder & lower torso side armor can be discarded.
The Demon Gauntlets are the only parts that reveals its "True Form" by expanding and revealing hidden parts.
"True Form" to be revealed.
Edit: Will upload another spreadsheet of the armor parts.
