Being an undead-lich-thingy makes so much sense for Sombra, considering he looked a bit odd for a unicorn.

Dat undead-ish Sombra. The face looks like torn cloth or loose dry skin flapping free without being attached to it.
I like the fur trim of his cloak and the texture of his armour and crown. Very fitting.
Also, that finger in the eye must hurt like crazy.
