Bonkers D. Bobcat, who would have ever thought that he would make such a cameo as being a part of Saint Canards Police Department.

He's known for being a part Toon Division, a division in Hollywood PD that was made to handle crimes against or caused by cartoon characters.

He used his various cartoon based abilities to handle all kinds of criminals, he has a mastery in cartoony to the point that it helps him be successful on a number of occasions as a police officer and he's a powerful member of the police force that is immune to bullets because of this factor.

Here, he's just a cameo with his cartoon buffoonery intact, but his powers as a cartoon character are not as intact though. At least he actively tries to fight Bushroot, but without his cartoon abilities he quickly fails against the fearsome four of Quackerjack, Bushroot, Megavolt and Liquidator.
