Description
Taurus Bulba is the classic Darkwing Duck villain that has done the one thing most other villains fail to do, seriously injure Darkwing Duck. Even Negaduck has problems putting Darkwing down.

This happens on two different occasions no less in the original series. The first is opening to the series where Darkwing meets and adopts Gosalyn Waddlemeyer who keeps him on the path of being a hero and one episode where Taurus comes back as a killer cyborg called 'The Steerminator' bent on taking revenge on Darkwing Duck.

On that second occasion, despite Taurus having come back stronger, Darkwing Duck still defeats him after Gosalyn gets kidnapped... while in a wheelchair with a broken leg no less.

He's one of the more powerful adversaries that is up there with Negaduck in his incredible ruthlessness, here he's a scientist that is taking credit for Professor Waddlemeyer's invention and doesn't care if it might destroy their entire universe.
