You can find icons here or somewhere else, make sure is in .ico format. Right click on a icon in the taskbar, then right click on the name of the program, go to properties and change icon. When you apply your icon, restart the file explorer from the task manager.
When you want to change a custom icon you had set, you have to unpin the program from the taskbar and pin it again. Otherwise it doesn't change the icon for me.
One more thing I haven't found a way to reset the file explorer icon so I can change it and now I am stuck with this one. If you have any problems feel free to ask again.
