Description Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and its Federal Units in my Alternate Timeline were almost everything stayed as in 1996/7 without any reforms and some smaller differences:

- The flag and coat of arms of Bosnia and Herzegovina were adopted after the Westendorp proposal from 1998 as in our timeline. However, the Peace Implementation Council (especially Russia) decided that the blue of the flag must be identical to the blue of the United Nations in order for the new flag to appear politically and ethnically neutral, since the blue of the flag in OTL is too similar to the blue of the flag and the coat of arms of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1998 and the Flag of the European Union.

- As in Greece which refers to Republika Srpska in Greek as Σερβική Δημοκρατία/Servikí Dimokratía, The Republika Srpska is referend by most countries and in the translated version of it's Constitution(before and after the Dayton-Agreement) and the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina by its literally translated name, for exemple in English version it's 'Serb Republic', in Romanian 'Republica Sârbă', in German 'Serbische Republic etc.'

- Srpsko Sarajevo(Pale, Srpska Ilidža, Srpsko Novo Sarajevo, Srpski Stari Grad, Sokolac and Trnovo)(In OTL renamed 2004 in Istocno Sarajevo/East-Sarajevo) with Pale as the administration of the city and seat of the President, governmental institutions and constitutional court of the Serb Republic remained the administrative center of the Serb Republic and was developed into the largest city of the entity

-The Serb Republic adopted on the 24th November in 1992 the Serbian tricolor defaced with a Serbian cross.

-The Bosniak-Croat Federation adopted on the 5th November 1996 a flag where the proportion and tricolor are based on the flag of Croatia, however, the blue was replaced by green.

- Instead being the Ethnic Symbol of the Bosniaks the RBiH-Flag and Coat of arms are used by parties and people who advocate a unitary state, the majority of Bosniaks use the green flag with a white horizontal stripe charged with a white crescent outlined in white like in the 1990s.  in this timeline

- Like in OTL before 2001/2002 only three Ministries on State Level:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations
The Ministry of Civil Affairs and Communication

-The Ministries of the Entities are the same as in 1997

-The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is recognized under the name "Bosniak-Croat Federation" in the Dayton Agreement to avoid confusion with the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

-The conflict parties agree in Dayton that the areas of the municipality Brcko in which the respective army has control goes to its respective entity which resulted that the Brcko-District is never formed and Inter-Entity Boundary Line remained as in 1995-2000 in this timeline.

- Instead of Two Bosniaks, Two Serbs, Two, Croats and Three Foreign Judges, there are Three Bosniaks, Three Serbs and Three Croats Judges, The Serb Republic elects the three Serb judges, Bosniak-Croat Federation the thee Bosniak and three Croat judges. The law will stipulate that a quorum must include the participation of all. The decision must have one vote of Serb, Croat, and Bosniak in order to be valid, In the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina no decision of the Court can be made unless one Serb, Croat and Bosniak votes for it.

- The judges of the constitutional court of Bosnia and Herzegovina decide that the symbols, Anthems, Holidays and the names of cities and Municipalities in the Serb Republic and Bosniak-Croat Federation that were declared unconstitutional in OTL, are not declared unconstitutional in this timeline and Canton 10 is allowed to keep its name "Herceg-Bosnia".

- The Federal Units of the Bosniak-Croat Federation remain as in the OTL only the term for the cantons and its Head of Goverment is different in this timeline:

Cantons ((as in our OTL) with Bosniak majority are still called cantons with prime ministers as the Heads of Goverment of each Canton): Una-Sana, Tuzla, Zenica-Doboj, Bosnian-Podrinje Goražde Canton and Sarajevo.

counties/županjie (In OTL cantons with Croat majority with the prefects/župans for the head of goverment for each County/županjia): Posavina, West Herzegovina and Herceg-Bosnia.

Provinces (in OTL cantons with mixed population with governors as the head of goverment for each Province): Central Bosnia and Herzegovina-Neretva.

- VRS and VFBIH(in this timeline named VBHF) still exist.

- the Ranks of the Polices and Armies of the Entities are the same as in 1998

- The Bosniaks and Croats living in the Serb Republic and the Serbs living in the Bosniak-Croat Federation are not constituent peoples in their entity and still have the same status as the other ethnic minorities in the constitution of their respective entity.

- The Bonn powers for the High Representative apply only to the terms and conditions set out in the Dayton agreement:
Introduction of institutions for the central state, the state symbols, the currency, the passports and vehicle plates of Bosnia and Herzegovina if the three constituent peoples fail to come to a common agreement with each other. However, the High Representative does not have the authority to dismiss elected and non-elected officials and enact legislation(introduce or abolish laws, create or abolish new institutions etc.)

- Because the High Representative does not have the authority in this timeline to create, dissolve or merge municipalities in this timeline the municipality of Skelani still exist

- The OSCE cannot ban candidates whether members of a political party or independent and political parties from elections.

Interesting infobox, but I think it is better to divide Bosnia & Herzegovina into three subjects- Republic of Bosnia, Republika Srpska and Croatian Republic of Hercez-Bosna, maybe you can still make Sarajevo a city of federal significance.
I would like to know if you like this partition of Bosnia & Herzegovina, I believe that this way it is possible to resolve ethnic conflicts on the territory in this state.

I think the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina shouldn't abolished since its existence is agreed in the Dayton Peace Agreement and changing it would bring only trouble.
But i think an first step can be to turn the 10 Cantons/Counties into unified Pseudo-Entities within the Bosnia and Herzegovina which are official part of the FBIH so to speak an Bosniak Canton and Croat County which are de facto independent from each other
