While I have not seem the Roger Rabbit movie myself, back then it was very easy to get away with someone like Jessica Rabbit. Forget increasing the rating to T, it would shoot straight up to M. That is not even getting into the fact she is flirting with a kid. Well in any case, this is precisely why 3D renders made by such talented and dedicated artists like yourself exist to make these sort of what if scenarios a reality. I still would not be interested in playing Kingdom Hearts even if Jessica was able to somehow defy all odds.

I think I remember something similar to this happening in the Kingdom Hearts 1 manga, except a Heartless interrupted by killing the courtesan.

To be honest, I'm surprised neither Jessica nor Roger were even in Kingdom Hearts due to their technically being Disney (and it can't be because they're adult, since Hunchback got in despite being the most adult Disney production in existence [to say little about their inclusion of the Nightmare before Christmas and TRON], not to mention KH's overall plotline isn't exactly kid friendly due to it dealing with apocalyptic situations). Then again, I suspect Disney would have a lot of issues to sort out with Warner Bros. as well, since they were also involved with Who Framed Roger Rabbit (you know, like how Tarzan never appeared after the first KH game thanks to massive legal issues with the estate of the guy who first wrote Tarzan's novel).

I think it has to do more with the other characters besides Jessica and Roger that would have to show up in that World. At the time, Who Framed Roger Rabbit was the greatest cartoon crossover of its time and probably still is. It was the first and only time you could see Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny riffing off of each other or see Donald and Daffy waging a comical piano war. So, trying to do that for a video game would be a copyright nightmare since Warner Bros. wouldn't let Bugs show up for just a minor role. Him and Mickey had to have the exact same amount of screen time in Roger Rabbit so it'd be inconceivable for him to just enter Kingdom Hearts at that point. As much as it would've been entertaining, all of that legal stuff would be way too costly and too much trouble for both parties.

Actually, if we got Jessica and/or Roger as just cameos without their own world, that'd be fine, there's no real need to actually include a world based on the movie with ALL the characters owned by other companies.

I think then the only thing to worry about his who owns the rights to that movie. I don't think Touchstone is around anymore.

Uhm... Touchstone IS Disney.
Touchstone was basically Disney's label for their more "mature" movies since they were flops when released under the "Walt Disney Pictures" label (like Tron).
It's not really used anymore and now you don't see it on movies like Pirates of the Carribean or the MCU and Star Wars movies.
...though what's funny is that one the few times they brought back was for Strange Magic... because they were so embarrassed by it that they didn't want to have their name on it.

95% certain Touchstone was always a Disney branch, or at least had been since Roger Rabbit came out. I think they used the studio to produce and make movies that wouldn't mesh well with Disney's image.

You should anyway. They are great games. Start with KH1, then Chain of Memories, KH2, Birth by Sleep, Dream Drop, then 3.

Actually I've already played the series. My personal favorite was KH2. I was very disappointed in 3 to the point where I couldn't finish it.
