At that time in the 90s, the only JRPG I had any interest in was of course Pokemon. I didn't play any other more adult JRPGs until much later on in life as an older adult. Somehow I missed hopping aboard the Final Fantasy VII hype train. Beats me why. Since Yuffie was an optional character according to the research I have done aka reading a FAQ/Guide over on Gamefaqs, that would explain why she is often omitted. Plus I mean come on. not really. Kokoro wears an off the shoulder top for fashion purposes, tifa wears a tanktop sports bra with second bra beneath. that's hardly the same. Kokoro has thing highs on. the gloves are utterly different. there's a huge amount of difference honestly. only the skirt is truly close, and be that standard 99% of harem girls are sailor moon for sharing her skirt. they share a color scheme too, but only to a degree. TIfa's hair is lighter in her original version, later darkened. the eyes are a total mismatch in color. the shoes are an utter mismatch. we may as well call Lei-Fang chun li,... see how that's nonsense too? I bought it over on the PSN on the PS3 so I can play it at my own pace. I watched Advent Children at the very least. I did the research now as an adult and not back then obviously. There was no Goggle or Gamefaqs. Plus you know I was all about Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and the likes. Sure go on ahead. I am just messing with ya. I have nothing against Yuffie but she doesn't really appeal to me. If Lei-Fang and Chun-Li had the same hair style and stood next to each side by side in similar attires, then I bet people would easily confuse them. The only way to tell part Kokoro and Tifa at a glance without knowing anything about them is their bust size.

I don't deny Yuffie is very easy on the eyes, but she isn't my type of fictional female in videogames. She is petite and hyper active. Not exactly the winning combination from what I remember watching in Advent Children. Vincent is another optional party member. Beats me why people ship them together apart from that reason. Yeah that ring out animation occurs if she rings herself out and still manages to win the round (something Mary's movelist is designed to accomplish quite well so long you're careful), it occurs on both Sound Beach and South Town Bridge, although you get a much better view at Sound Beach because the Bridge has a ship loading dock that gets in the way.
