Description
Ok Ive been kinda busy but I thought Id finish this and submit it. I started this when the topic of how Quivering Darkwing and Darkwarrior turned out so much more different even though both of them had to deal with the loss of a daughter.Yeah, deep man... deep. The thought even got deeper after the latest issue.... ya know... that little conversation these two had after there fight with each other. Yeah I cant wait to see what comes of that. I have been totally dorking out over this comic...srsly!!!

At the very least, if you buy the 'book', you get all the comics plus a bunch of extras, like covers and so on.

Books? You mean they have them out in graphic novel form ( like all of them together?) The comic store I frequent I haven't seen anything like that. Is it something they sell on the site?

Well, I'm sure they have it on the website, but they've also sent it to various comic/book stores. It's a book compilation of all four comics in an arc - go to Negaverse.net and you can keep up.
The first one, The Duck Knight Returns, was all four comics, plus an art gallery of the covers (not just the 'a' cover, but MANY of the other covers, B and C covers), plus a 'centerfold', plus two pages from the artist and an extra 'interview' with the original creator, Tad Stones.
The book is like 10 or 12 dollars, if I remember correctly. (In Germany, 11,99 EUR.)
And that's what you get here in Germany, for now... we don't get the monthly comic. Which drives me NUTS, because I'd rather just be one or two months behind than an entire ARC! ('Duck Knight' came out in America/Canada in June, but in June, it was December! 'Crisis' won't be available until March or May - I believe it's the latter, but I forgot... I've ordered it, though.)
I'm not sure if the book includes ALL covers, because I did not get the "Heeeeers Negsy!" cover, which I THOUGHT was from the first arc (and desperately wanted to have), but I got every other one.

so far there's a collection of the first four volumes as "the duck night returns" graphic novel. i'm hoping they'll do the same with "crisis of infinite darkwings". got mine over amazon.com (i think)

I never thought I would ever say this, but... poor Darkwarrior. There is so much pain about him in this picture.
And the little tombstone in front of Quiverwing Darkwing is so sad. But maybe that's what made all the difference, that Quiverwing had somewhere to take his grief, while Darkwarrior had to direct all that pain and guilt inwards.

I always felt that Darkwarrior had a rather good reason for his insanity. I loved how in a way they delved into the differences that different situations would make.

It's interesting how the two different Darkwings took completely different paths but both are equally tragic. love how you captured both sides. This is great! Darkwarrior looks like a complete madman.
