They are a separate army to the rest of the empire similar to the cult but somthing the golden emperor created to replace it as he didn't trust the cult they are made up of unconditioned daleks that have been recycling and put into use by General Ryuk there are only 1000 of them compared to the 10 or 20 thousands daleks normally in abconquest army

Are you planning on making a story about it? It seems like a good idea for a human to be in charge of an entire conquest army. Would definitely cause some tensions due to the Daleks' xenophobic nature.

We have a whole series called Project Eden there are two Hybrids one male called Ryuk and one female called Rox they are 50% human, 20% dalek and 30% classified they have wings and have 'force powers' initially they act as the emperors hands going on missions assigned only by him but they then get given more defined assignment Ryuk takes on conquest army zero and rox goes to work in the genetics laboratory 

the series takes place before during and after second empire. there are some instances of dalek not understanding why these creatures exist but most fall inline when they are reminded the emperor ordered their creation

yes we are in the scripting and concept phase we are also working closely with Mechmaster to make sure things fit in his vision for the universe he created though he is happy with me doing what i like with the series but i like to stay respectful

it might end up being released as a audio book or drama format though
