A Tale of Two Kongs...

Mega-Primatus Kong; 25 Feet Tall (35 feet when standing)

Origin: Skull Island (Probably brought to Skull Island early in their ancestry by a former civilization, but not evolved directly on the island)

Habitat: Highland Mountains (Rainforest edge)

Characteristics: King Kong is a gigantic variation of a Silverback Gorilla. With much thicker bones and muscles fibers, giving the Mega-Primatus much greater strength, even concerning its larger size.

Titanus Kong: 104 Feet Tall

Origin: Skull Island (Titanus Kong seems to have evolved alongside the other creatures on Skull island, though some offer another explanation, citing that Kong may have migrated there via once established land bridges that are now covered over by the higher sea level)
Habitat: Lowland hills (Lowland and marsh environments near wide open grassy plains)

Characteristics: Kong is a new type of primate and stands upright on two feet. As Kong is not a quadruped and does not knuckle-walk, he falls more in line with a Quasi-Hominid line and perhaps has some distant lineage to Cryptid apes, such as the Sasquatch and Yeti.

Mega-Primatus & Titanus Kong: Both apes are huge in comparison to their other ape cousins, however Titanus Kong is massive and this particular ape seems to break the “Square-cube law” as far as physics regarding size and weight.

However like other Titans, such as Godzilla and Rodan, a special natural fiber-strands system called “Durastrands” may be the reason why these massive beasts can break the physics of the square-cube law and continue to grow to truly enormous size.

Both Mega-Primatus and Titanus Kong are primarily vegetarians, though Titanus Kong has shown more of a liking to meat from time to time, especially concerning seafaring creatures such as the Mire squid and fish.

Both apes are unusually intelligent, even compared to other great ape species, and both have been known to use tools and have an affinity for communing with others of their kind, as well as primal communication with other species, as both seem to have empathy for other creatures. Still, both can be extremely violent and have been known to be territorial and vastly destructive regarding these factors.
