 Well he looks friendly, could probably use some dental care to help with those raw looking gums. Otherwise he's kept his teeth in pretty nice shape⦠Oh probably because his little malnourished, I'd be more than willing to give him a nice big fat delicious steak because he's so adorable.

Raw gums are a good sign. If they're bright red, they're irritated, but if they're really dark red, they're necrotic.Β
He has kept his teeth in startlingly good condition. I bet he sharpens them too. His teeth are likely some kind of continuously growing enamel he rubs off to sharped to a point, thus removing the yellowed outsides and keeping them clean and white.
He'd grip the steak in both hands and make very short work of it, then slither away. He wouldn't attack if he was full.

That would be funny, but I imagine it making either no sound or a luring noise.
For example: the mouth on the bottom has no vocal cords, but the vestigial one at the top makes crying noises.
So it sounds like a scared baby.
