You didn't give the guy credit at all- one would wander in here and just ASSUME that you were responsible for this picture. When you use already existing work from another individual, you should both ask for permission AND give the artist credit for the work done. I could understand if you had no way of contacting the guy(credit should still be given in that case), but he's RIGHT HERE on deviantART, so there's no excuse.
