yet delicately nasty party and Brian Pettifer just creeps me out. Martin Compston is perfect as Chris and his rage is genuine -
Robert Carlyle is Barney Thomson from frame one - and I just have to mention the perpetually beautiful footage,
themes and frames throughout the blood-red inspired picture, so just cheers for the sheer beauty of it!
In a sparkling story about murders not everything is as it seems ... I mean - look, all people deal with middle age crisis differently ...
Sorry, love it sooo muchy, it's right there with The Stunt Man and House of Long Shadows
