Description This is my first attempt of digital painting.
I know itΒ΄s not perfect at all and i need more practice. Also i have to improve my technique - which tools working best for me etc. - to have it look better and less blurry in future.
But i thought i should post it anyway. Hope you like it.

when is start this painting i had only practice in painting hair on 3D characters, postwork etc.
So i was surprised by myself too, that it came out quite well for the first try. Thanks for the fav. Much appreciated.

Jeez, if I wasn't a lefty, I might have tried my hand at digital painting, but even on paper I'm lucky if I can make a decent looking stig figure!

great drawing! I like the colours a lot.
I've learnt that with digital drawing you have to zoom quite a lot and work in precise details so that the drawing becomes less blurry. also, the use of pencil to outline the shape of the face and such makes the drawing less blurry too.

yes my first one, but believe me i had a lot of time - when doing this piece - where i was close to bite into my graphic tablet ...because of the frustration *lol*

*yeah* i star wars and this pic of Ani was my first choice to start with the digital painting. (motivation is all, right? ).....huh, he is so hot when he is going mad.

also ich schΓ€tze mal so um die 6 stunden (+/-) waren es bestimmt (die ganzen enlosen minuten in denen ich aus frust beinahe in mein graphictablet bzw. den tisch gebissen hΓ€tte nicht eingerechnet *lol*) - mir fehlt da echt noch die "routine" oder besser gesagt die praxis, damit es mir lockerer & besser von der hand geht.
