Description
Another work under my Godzilla Redesign series, i give you the adopted son of the King of the Monsters. Like in the Heisei films this infant kaiju is within the Godzillasaur family but is of another species. Unlike Godzilla, who had been mutated by nuclear energies long after growing into an adult Godzillasaur, Godzilla Jr. was mutated within the egg and has been exposed to such energies even before hatching. What will happen once this infant has developed into a fully grown Godzilla? And how will our King of the Monsters handle there being another, possibly larger and stronger, Godzilla rising from his shadow? For there can only be one King of the Monsters. Thoughts and comments? for sure. In terms of this rendition of Jr. though, basically my idea is that everything's fine between him and Godzilla at first while he's a baby but the older he gets the more territorial Godzilla becomes, driving Jr away from the island he's been inhabiting to settle upon another. Until that is, Jr becomes an adult, a bigger and stronger Godzilla raging with testosterone who makes his way to Japan as the original King of the Monsters is also there. Jr challenges him as the dominant male and they have at it ending with the death of Godzilla with Jr becoming the new more brutal King of the Monsters, the new Godzilla.
