I have Sony Vegas as well as photoshop elements 9, which is honesty the shittiest photoshop to ever grace this planet.

I have GIMP (waaaay more user friendly than Photoshop and free, if you really don't like what you have I suggest getting GIMP. It does everything the same) and in GIMP under filters there's an animation render for .gif images. You draw the frames, click that, it makes it a .gif and you can edit the frames per second in the layer panel. Very simple.

Omg. I downloaded it for a while but was to stupid to figure it out. ~headdesk~ I think I was missing some plug-ins or something. But I get frustrated easily so I deleted it. -_____-;

Try again. It took me a couple years to get to the comfortable-ness I am with it now. But it's seriously just as good as photoshop and easier to navigate. But, just with all programs, you have to teach yourself how to use it. lol
