No...They are made in plastic PVC ( you know, the Police don't love real knives )

Yes...the PVC is in many shops, you know objects for the home, bricolage, and tools. Also in the commercial center.
But you can made the knives also in wood if you want ^^

I guess...I'm glad that your're glad about the comment.....that sounded a bit awkward huh? The backgrounds for your photos are perfect, I wish I had cosplay festivals near where I live. People might think me a little crazy if I ran through a shopping center during an average day brandishing a hidden blade looking for "prey." As much fun as that would be....

Si ero a Lucca a Novembre ( la mia prima Lucca ), la chiesa e i luoghi che vedi negli sfondi delle foto sono proprio della citta' di Lucca. Altair e' il mio secondo cosplay ( diciamo che e' un prototipo fatto in 8 giorni prima della fiera a cui dovro' rimettere mano in seguito...Ma vabbe' o lo mettevo cosi' o andavo nudo a Lucca ahahahaha ).
Quindi anche tu c'eri??? e da cosa eri vestita???

Si si certo che conosco i personaggi di Naruto e Bleach...Abarai Renji e il suo Zabimaru sono i miei preferiti infatti e ora che ho visto la foto mi ricordo anche il tuo Renji a Lucca ^^
Si il mio vestito e' stato fatto in 8 giorni ( perche' in teoria dovevo mettercene 20 ma mia madre e' stata male una settimana con l'influenza e poi ho avuto altri casini...Infatti il guanto con le placche metalliche l'ho finito al prima notte a lucca in stanza...Non si puo' lavorare bene cosi' ).
Anche il prossimo anno verro' a Lucca quindi sicuramente ci vedremo li' per nuove pazze giornate ^^

Awesome costume! How long did that take to make?
I bought the game even though I don't have a xbox 360, luckly I had a close friend that did, so I just visited them... A lot...
I'd like to make a costume myself, I have a friend that works with leather and cloth so I'll try to make mine as authentic as possible. BIG project since I've never worked with either before.
Don't know how that'll work though, I'll be one short assassin at 5'7". AltaΓ―r is supposed to be 6'2".

Well in the truth this is only a prototype that i have made in 8 days, for a fair here in Italy...But in the future i want try to make a better version^^

Well the gloves in a normal shop...The hidden blade is a my creation like the rest of the weapons and the cloth...But i have made all that you see in 8 days, and i think that this costume is only a prototype.
Altair deserve the better.

yes this blade in plastic have a spring mechanism...then i have a second blade in iron like a gravity blade
