When I look at this powermon, I think of Porygon. It was rotten luck that it was banned from ever appearing in the tv series. True, the siezure incident was actually from one of pikachu's bolts, and it's natural for people to be scared that this cartoon will hurt kids again.
But it would've been interesting to see Porygon, Porygon 2, and Porygon Z's powers and demeanors in action.

in my regon this would be a virus type. virus type: any pokemon that lives in cyber space (with the exeption of porygon), is a virus, or generates plasma. (only virus pokemon generate real plasma. its different than electric types.)
