I bring to you a free, Build Your Own Reference base, Mobian/Sonic Edition.
As stated, its completely free to use, BUT, you MUST credit me if you use it.
Due to all of the layers required and parts implimented, not all of thise parts will be turned into MSPaint friendly versions. Also, as stated in the file, PLEASE NOTE ME, if you have any suggestions on content that you think should be added in. As of right now, it currently is still a work in progress [WIP], so I do plan on updating the file once I have more suggestions.

Despite the name on the preview image, this is a reference, not a base.

You will also need to know how to work layers.
The file is a PhotoShop (.psd) file, which will work with BOTH PaintToolSAI and Photoshop)
