This is a steriogram. It has a hidden 3D image, like the pictures in the Magic Eye series. They're a little bit harder to see on a computer than on paper, but most people can still do it.

Close your eyes and move your face so that your nose almost touches your computer screen. Open your eyes, but DO NOT FOCUS. Slowly, and without focusing, move away from the screen. By the time you have moved your head back to a normal viewing distance (about 2 feet) the hidden image should pop out at you.
