What's this?! This is different...

The old mining town of Greymane holds a lot of secrets within its old silver mine. However, it's not all treasure and forgotten deposits that exist there. The magical community's top shamans are given maps and scans of the mine, in order to understand it's many caverns and the possibilities of hiding elementals and magic minerals. However, the mundane world seems to be unaware of this, and will often wander into the mines dangerously. And when a crime ring decides to make it their hideout, you can imagine how worried and angry people would get about this...

Helena, one of the top shamans, believes she can rid the cartel out of her sector along with the help of her dragon friends Arthur, Asriel, and Ericka. Asriel and Ericka have various connections around town while Arthur is both the brawn and brains needed to navigate the mountains and fields of town. It wouldn't matter who was in trouble; this group of friends will help each other no matter how big the problem.

I've been having some talks with people and been thinking about how I seem to be stuck in drawing the same stuff over and over again. Seeing that I need to diversify, I figured I'd start drawing out scenes, sticking to formats one would see on a TV screen (4:3 and 16:9), in order to think more about composition and how to have my characters do more than "stand around and look pretty". Sure, we all love seeing the big reptiles show off their bodies, but we could use a little of "Something Else" now.

Oh, who is Asriel? He's that white dragon on the left of the picture. He's skinnier and a bit shorter than Arthur, but he's a mage. He's quick skilled with different kinds of magic and understanding magical artifacts. He's also real, REAL good friends with Arthur, which is weird because white and orange dragons tend to feud a lot with black and purple dragons.
