Drawing characters laying down on the side has always been a bit of a challenge for me, no matter what the size or gender. It's always about trying to make the leg in the viewer's back look right with foreshortening, and the "resting" arm.

In the meantime Kalinda tells the artist to imagine her as a "sultry goodess with some extravagant prop in her hand." To be honest I had no idea why I posed the hand like that for in the first place (probably to brake out of the usual having on the body sort of thing).
