"Thanks for all the poffins, pokeblocks, mana cakes, potions, wines, and magical treats that weigh me down..."From Pokemon to the very old RPGs, it seems like most ways for mages, warlocks, clerics, physics, and the like to reload on mana is to consume a variety of junk food, alcoholic beverages, potions, and other things that if they didn't make you fat and bloated should create a reaction with each other to make you sick and barf. Donna is making light of it though, being the snarky fat Gardevior she is... Remember, Healers are not passive wimps; they decide who lives and who dies.
One thing I've been trying to work on is drawing fat women without broken hips; that is, the butt protrudes far too much when viewed from a 3/4 angle. This is partly because I've always used a series of circles along a single-line skeleton, rather than boxes to help determine the volume of the hips, legs, thighs, and butt... Also, I need to do more sitting poses with characters.

I don't know why, but I feel like the Gardevoir I'd have would be the kind of "smartass with sass" type of person. While not really bothered by anything, she isn't afraid to speak her mind if something is ridiculous enough... Really, why are so many mana-boosting items often junk-food related? Is mana a kind of sugar?

XD well, it could have something to do with where the word "Maana" came from.
In the Maori tribes, "Maana" Is a spiritual energy in everyone. And from what I know of the old tradition, A Maori warrior would boil and then consume any other warriors he killed.
... So I guess that's why you get mana by eating unhealthy things... ?
