I've literally only seen him once. CBS appears to be friends with Gentlespy/and//That RED Spy who he doesn't kill, but CPS seems to have come out of nowhere.

CPS only hangs around CBS because they're both Christians. Not to mention, why does CBS mainly hang around with spys? I know he was with Captain Degroot and that weird demon pyro once.
