Man you got me feeling the absolute emotion of this character. It's so hard. *Pokes Roland* Man, I could make a fitting joke about him. Though I dolike his attitude at the same time. He reminds me a tiny bit of a watered down chef Ramses from Hell's Kitchen/Kitchen Nightmares.

He is amazing. The fact that he comes down so hard on his chefs and puts so much pressure on them makes them shine all much more brighter. Because that's what the kitchen is, time pressure.
